Here is a journal I altered to put my sketches, products used, ideas...
I used linen for the spine & covered with paper... Added flower ribbon to cover the transition between the two... Added a big bling prima flower
*the jounaling box comes from Dawn, she sent me her template... What would I ever do without you girl!! Thx sweetie!! *

First I have to tell you something! I met up to scrap with Flower! First time we met... Now, I was nervous... but wow!! She is not only a gorgeous person inside, but outside too!! She has the most gorgeous hair I have ever seen!! LOL Kinda red, but subtle... And it's natural!! LOL Anyhow, she is super nice! And SOOOO Talented! I think I watched her work more than I worked... You would think stamping and making a card is a simple 1-2-3 process... NO! Stamping in itself is an art! I would not have the patience to ensure that the stamp turned out as perfect!! And the color of the ink... and then paper, embellies, ribbons... and then there is finding a quote!!
Just remember, you see those cards - next time, leave them a comment!! Learn to appreciate the amount of work and thought put into those masterpieces!! Stamping - card making - is a TRUE art! And a passion... I know I have found a new respect towards these artists... It isn't as simple as it looks... FLOWER - I had a great time, and next time, we will take the time to eat!! LOL

I received my first kit from the CHALET!!! It is sooo gorgeous! I received tons of paper, ribbons, stickers with quotes, stickers with borders, chipboard alpha, flowers, cardstock… UNREAL!!

So here is my first page… I chose this theme because the quotes received referred to “home” and I wanted to have fun with it… Isn’t it true that house is home when it is filled with love – loved ones?? Hope you like this!! Quite challenging to create with someone else’s chosen supplies! Harder than you would think… LOL
