1. How long have you been scrapbooking? Since November 2006 - so 9 months now...

2. What size do you prefer? 12x12. I love all sizes and mini albums too!

3. Where do you get your inspiration from? Everywhere and anywhere!

4. What is your favorite drink? Coffee...

5. What is your favorite snack? Popcorn!

6. What is your favorite music? I love all types... But mostly listen to MIX 96 in Montreal

7. How long does it take you to do a page? I tend to have about 5 pages going at once and they take me a week... so I guess 2 hours a page give or take...

8. Do you consider yourself a scrapbooker or an artist? Artist - that's easy.

9. What is the hardest part of creating for you? Journaling... I tend to have a difficult time putting feeling on paper...

10. Who do you admire? I admire people who make an effort to achieve their goals... whatever it may be... I think that hard work in any aspect of life deserves respect!

11. What products are you in love with right now? MM mostly! But I am often drawn in by colors! Oh and any type of transparency I can get my hands on! LOL

12. What tools could you not live with out? My computer, paper trimmer and gel pens...

13. What trend do you love? Trend? Hard one... I think the idea of doing things your own way - thinking out of the box is the best! ;)

14. What trend just irritates you? I think following trends irratates me! LOL if that makes sense....

16. How many hours do you scrap a week? Before I started this 6 day a week working thing (which is temporary! Thank goodness!!) I was scrapping about 15 hours a week... now, 5 if I'm lucky! LOL

17. Do you get more done when scrapping with friends, or by yourself? By myself!

18. What mishap have you had that turned out to be a masterpiece's? Nothing I can really think of... If I don't like something - I tend to forget about it and move on... But if you consider things that I was scared of trying, felt unsure but then fell in love with the final outcome - my CUTIE transparency page ;)

19. What magazine or book is your favorite? Book would be Harry Potter at this time, but that isn't scrap related!

20. What is your scrapping budget per month? I don't have a budget... I kinda just go with the flow... lol

Hey all!
This is just a quick post.... Today is my 35th bday... yuck! LOL
And I have a 9 hour shift at work, double yuck!
And due to the time I get home, Jess will be sleeping at her grand ma's, triple yuck!

But on the good side of life, Jess gave me the BeSt BDAY present ever! She past her Senior Bronze test in skating last night... SO HAPPY for her! Poor girl works so hard!!

All her double jumps were clean & high, her spins - marvellous!!! Watch her lay back, breathtaking (to a mom at least! LOL)....

Congrats baby girl! Mom loves her little monkey!!!

So for those of you interested, here is the video... I took it with Jess's camera, so no zoom... but still good quality!!

Pages and thoughts....

Hey again! Hope you guys are well!!

Michelle from the Scrappin Trends DT was about to have her baby... So the entire DT got together and each made a double page for a baby album... It is the first time I make a page without pictures... It was a little difficult! But I really love how these 8x8 turned out :) "Dad and Me"
Hope you like them....

First page - Title page (hand cut title and used Glossy accent)

Second page - thought Michelle could put one, two or even three pictures... Hidden journaling tag inserted...


Second.... I was a witness to a car accident today... 2 vehicles... I think one of the drivers fell asleep... He just barely missed me and then hit the car in front of mine... several times... banged into a wall... everyone was ok - minor bruises... I was the only car to stop to make sure they were ok... (how sad is that?? What is this world coming to? You'd think a few would stop to make sure there were no casualties or serious injured parties!)...

Just wanted to say... remember to be grateful for the little things... remember to say I love you to your loved ones... don't be negative... don't attack others... enjoy life and help others... do NOT take things for granted... life is too short to hate and you never know what can happen to those you love or to you! It takes just a second............

So, this being said, I apprecite you guys and appreciate your comments... I do!

Teen Jessica & Perspective

Hello!! Been a long while, hasn't it?? So sorry! Just been going through a mid mid-life crisis! LOL things are a tad difficult but getting through it slowly.....

My baby Jessica turned 13 today!! Feeling old you ask? YUP! Life goes by too quickly to not learn to appreciate the little things in every day life.... For example, we were suppose to spend the day together on Wednesday - apparently, it ain't gonna happen! She is on the phone as I type making plans! Wow! Feeling like I will end up alone soon... or with about 20 cats purring at my feet! LOL


Here is one of the dozen pages I have been creating... some of which will never make this blog! LOL This one should give you an idea of things going through my mind lately... hopefully this will in some way help to make you understand my neglect towards all of you!! Again........ I AM SO SORRY!
